View Document Properties

You can view document Properties and System Properties in the Document Information pane at the right of the screen in the Browse, Search, or Favorites views.

Document properties can also be viewed in greater detail in the Properties view.

To access this view from the Browse, Search, or Favorites views:

1. Right click the item. A drop-down menu appears.

2. Left click Properties. The Properties view appears.

Note: In this view, there are tabs across the top for Properties, Comments, Security, Versions, Folders Filed In, and Parent Documents.

Document properties can also be viewed from the Viewer by left clicking the View Properties icon in the upper right of the screen in the black toolbar.

To open the Viewer:

1 Right click the item. A drop-down menu appears.

3. Left click Preview. The Viewer will open and display the document in a new window.
